10,000-hour aging (4 times the national standard): The national standard GB27789-2011 specifies an accelerated aging time of 2,500 hours for single-layer roll roofing products. OCS passed the 6,000-hour test in 2011 and the 10,000-hour test in 2019.

According to research by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and extensive engineering surveys, many TPO roll failures are caused by high temperatures. After thermal aging, if the TPO coating on the roll surface cracks and loses its watertightness, the thermal waterproofing layer will fail. Therefore, thermal aging performance has a crucial impact on the durability of TPO rolls. OCS TPO products have passed the stringent testing requirements of the American standard ASTM D6878. The American standard requires thermal aging tests of TPO rolls at 135°C for 56 days, far exceeding the national standard requirement of 115°C for 28 days.
