OSEAQUARD TPO products have successively passed the High-Tech Product Certification, EU CE Certification, China Building Materials CTC Product Quality Certification, and US FM Certification. FM certification is widely recognized globally, and passing FM certification means that the product has passed international high-standard testing. FM certification has stringent requirements for a range of application performances of TPO products, including wind uplift resistance, flame retardancy, UV resistance, trampling resistance, and hail resistance.
OSEAQUARD TPO materials have passed the US LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) green building certification. LEED is a green building evaluation system established and promoted by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED system is the most comprehensive, influential, and widely used green building evaluation standard internationally. Driven by market demand, brand influence, and the guidance of sustainable development concepts, this standard has become one of the two mainstream certification systems in China.
10,000-hour aging (4 times the national standard): The national standard GB27789-2011 specifies an accelerated aging time of 2,500 hours for single-layer roll roofing products. OCS passed the 6,000-hour test in 2011 and the 10,000-hour test in 2019.
OSEAQUARD TPO products exhibit excellent thermal aging properties. According to research by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and extensive engineering surveys, many TPO roll failures are caused by high temperatures. After thermal aging, if the TPO coating on the roll surface cracks and loses its watertightness, the thermal waterproofing layer will fail. Therefore, thermal aging performance has a crucial impact on the durability of TPO rolls. OCS TPO products have passed the stringent testing requirements of the American standard ASTM D6878. The American standard requires thermal aging tests of TPO rolls at 135°C for 56 days, far exceeding the national standard requirement of 115°C for 28 days.
OSEAQUARD TPO products possess excellent ozone resistance, enabling them to withstand ozone oxidation for a longer period and ensuring material durability. For areas with high ozone levels, OCS TPO products are the optimal choice in terms of both environmental performance and lifespan. Currently, the company's products have passed the ozone resistance tests specified in the American standard ASTM D6878.
The product has passed the wind uplift test of a Class A laboratory and exceeds the national standard wind pressure requirement by 50%, which can effectively ensure the safety and reliability of the waterproof system.
